Welcome to our exquisite collection of ballrooms at alumni event center. Each of our 10 unique ballrooms offers a distinctive ambiance and style, perfect for hosting a wide range of events. At alumni event center, we pride ourselves on offering a diverse selection of ballrooms to suit every taste and preference. From intimate spaces for small gatherings to grand ballrooms for lavish celebrations, we have the perfect setting for your event. The Library is a 1,392-square-foot space that can accommodate up to 10 guests in a cozy, intimate setting.

Our venue features wireless internet and elegant dimmable chandeliers on a 12-foot ceiling (floor-to-ceiling). The rooms are equipped with a built-in screen that has the ability to broadcast in HDTV or to LCD projectors. This visually stunning space, complete with audio-visual capabilities, is an elegant setting for weddings, receptions, bar/bat mitzvahs, business meetings, banquets and other events in Greensboro! Full Ballroom

The full ballroom is an 11,253 square feet event space and can accommodate 400 to 1200 guests. The room also accommodates up to 800 people for a reception and a sit-down dinner. It can easily be divided into five spaces and features a built-in dance floor.

Merged Three Ballrooms

The merged ballrooms equal 7,463 square feet of event space that can accommodate 200 to 300 guests for banquet seating with room for dancing. This configuration also accommodates up to 700 guests for a free-flow reception.

Center Ballroom

The center ballroom is a 4,347-square-foot event space that can accommodate 100 to 500 guests. This configuration can also entertain up to 500 guests for a free-flow reception. The Center Ballroom features a built-in dance floor

Aggie 101 or Pride 103

The Aggie 101 or Pride 103 is a 2,061-square-foot event space that can accommodate 70 to 200 guests. This configuration can also entertain up to 200 guests for a free-flow reception.

Merged Aggie 101& Blue 102 or Pride 103 &Gold 104

The Blue 102 or Gold 104 is a 1,392-square-foot event space that can accommodate 30 to 70 guests. This configuration can also entertain up to 100 guests for a free-flow reception.

Blue 102 or Gold 104

The Blue 102 or Gold 104 is a 1,392-square-foot event space that can accommodate 30 to 70 guests. This configuration can also entertain up to 100 guests for a free-flow reception.

Executive Boardroom

The Board Room is a 602-square-foot space that can accommodate 26 to 30 guests in a corporate setting.

The room includes a built-in screen and has the ability to broadcast in HDTV to 42" plasma screens or to an LCD projector.

AFEC & Alumni Conference Room

The Conference Room is a 310-square-foot space that can accommodate 10 to 18 guests in an official, small business setting.
